Job-seeking benefit: daily ceiling

The benefit is 60% of the statutory wage base, but the base is capped. Above a certain previous salary the benefit stops rising, so two people who earned very differently can receive the same amount. Set by Enforcement Decree and revised by Cabinet each December for the following year.
